Audrey's in sixth grade. During this term they have been learning about medieval times. To end the theme, they got to have a "medieval feast" and play different medieval games. Audrey was excited to dress up. Here she is in her costume.During the medieval feast, she got to eat without silverware. The menu included mashed potatoes, which she thought was pretty fun to eat with her fingers!
Now they are studying Greek times. I wonder what activities they will get to do with this!
Since we have been through that feast a couple of times I know that she had to work hard to be a lady. (I'm guessing that is what she was) That is a fun tradition for the kids.
